Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds, renewals, and cancellations for SocialIndex subscription services provided by Codeshaper.

1. Subscription and Renewal

Paid plans are billed on an annual (or other cycle as shown at checkout) basis. Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to manage auto-renewal in your account or subscription settings. We may collect the renewal fee if auto-renewal is enabled.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following period. Cancellation can typically be done in your account under subscription or billing settings, or by contacting us. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current paid period; no further charges will be made.

3. Refunds

3.1 Money-back guarantee (new customers)

We offer a 30-day full money-back guarantee on the first purchase of a subscription. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@socialindex.io with your account email and order details.

3.2 Outside the guarantee period

Refund requests made after the 30-day money-back guarantee period will not be accepted. Renewals and subsequent subscription periods are non-refundable. By managing your subscription and cancelling before renewal, you can avoid future charges.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable time (e.g. 1–2 weeks). The refund will be credited to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control.

5. Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your subscription and access to the Service if you breach our Terms and Conditions or this Refund Policy. In such cases, we are not obligated to provide a refund for the current or previous periods.

6. Payment Provider

Payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g. Paddle). Their terms may also apply to your purchase. For payment or billing issues (e.g. duplicate charge, failed payment), contact us and we will work with the provider to resolve the matter where possible.
